Our staff at New Mexico Skies has a consistent presence on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, prepared in the event of an emergency to leap into action at a moment's notice. Additionally, our technical support is live from 5pm to midnight, US Mountain Time, every day, with an email-based support system with faster response time than any other remote site on the planet.
Between New Mexico Skies and Riverland Dingo Observatory, our staff's combined experience in the industry is unparalleled around the globe. Between business management; custom system programming; extensive astronomy, physics, and optics knowledge and experience; and of course telescope system maintenance and repair, we are the world's premier remote observatory faculty.
